A user is someone you invite to your server. Your plan’s capacity is the number of people who can have access at once. You can always upgrade as your community grows. You are never counted — the person running the server is always free.

Every feature is included at every tier — The Guide, anime handling, intro & credits detection, franchises, custom homepages, smart collections, poster overlays, transcoding, all of it. You’re paying for capacity, not features.

Pay $159.99 once and Base is yours — no recurring bill. It covers the version you buy and every update to that version. Prefer monthly? Base is also $9.99 a month, always on the latest version. Mid and Large are monthly plans.

On a monthly plan, you get it. On the free tier, you get it. If you bought a plan outright, your version keeps working forever and the next major version is $29.99 for that server. Skipping it changes nothing — stay where you are for as long as you like.

Each server has its own plan. You pick which of your servers a plan runs on when you buy it, and you can move it to another of your servers once every 30 days. If you ever rebuild a server from scratch, connect it to your account again and move the plan across — the plan belongs to you, not to the box.

No. The cloud service handles sign-in, notifications, helping devices find your server, your server’s HTTPS certificate, the community database and billing. Your media streams directly between your devices and your server — it never passes through us. What syncs of your watch history between your devices crosses us encrypted, unreadable to Wovin.

Yes — TMDb and TheTVDB API keys are yours, entered once in the server portal. They identify titles and fetch artwork. Ratings, age certifications and readable genres come from the Wovin community database on top, with nothing extra to sign up for.
