The web player runs in any browser: sign in with Wovin and watch any server you’re invited to. Coming soon means the build exists and isn’t public yet; Later means it’s on the plan.

Builds coming soon

Docker

A multi-arch image for x86-64 and arm64 — NAS-friendly. The official image and installation instructions will appear here when public builds are available.

Native binary

Native Linux and Windows builds. Setup runs through the web portal, not command-line account or media flags.

Quick start

What setup will involve.

  1. 1

    Set up your server

Use the web portal on your own hardware. A Wovin account is required for every admin. Turn on remote access and Wovin issues your server its own HTTPS certificate.

  2. 2

    Connect your library

Choose your media folders and enter your own TMDb and TheTVDB API keys in the portal.

  3. 3

    Open the player

Sign in with Wovin in the web player or an app and your server is there. Invited viewers do the same; they do not need to run a server.
